Managed Media Operations & Project Management
Complexity Behind the Scenes. Simplicity for the Client.
STRIZ acts as a centralized managed services partner across the media production, localization and technology ecosystem.
Instead of asking clients to source and manage different suppliers in every territory, we assemble the appropriate production structure around the project and coordinate it as one integrated solution.
Depending on project requirements, STRIZ can manage
- Vendor and production partner sourcing
- International studio coordination
- Multi-language and multi-territory project management
- Voice talent and creative resource sourcing
- Localization workflow management
- AI and technology partner coordination
- Budget and timeline oversight
- Independent quality control
- Centralized client communication
- Final delivery management
One relationship. One accountable partner.
